We are looking for a unique individual to join us on our incredible journey. You will understand the importance of keeping the customer central to everything we do. Working with the Karshare team and our tech you will lead the execution of a highly targeted communication strategy, successfully engaging with our growing community across all channels in line with our brand.
It’s not going to be easy. This isn’t a cushy number in a big co. This is at the coal face, pushing through challenges together and hustling our way to the exceptional growth opportunities that are that are available to us. Our spend has to work really hard, just like our teams. You need to make every penny count.
As a person, you never get blunted or softened by challenges or take the “easy route”. You are resourceful, highly creative and resilient, driven to deliver the best possible outcome every time.
We’ll be looking for evidence of challenges that have been overcome, mistakes you’ve made and learnt from and the drive and motivation you needed to deliver exceptional outcomes.
A strong understanding of digital & social channel comms is also important, and being able to react and modify based on performance metrics.
