Google launched a Journalism Emergency Relief Fund to support small and medium-sized news organizations producing original journalism for local communities around the world in the face of the COVID-19 pandemic - announced on 20 April 2020.
The funding will vary depending on organization size and region. Applications are open until April 29th, 2020 at 11:59 p.m. Pacific Time. This window may be extended or shortened at Google's discretion. They encourage you to submit your application as soon as possible; they will process them on a rolling basis.
